# What You Need:

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until slightly foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well.
03 - Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
04 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic, or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5 minutes.
05 - Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough inside, cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel, and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes or until nearly doubled in size.
06 - Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each into a ball and arrange in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
07 - Cover loosely and let rise for 15 to 20 minutes until puffy. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375°F.
08 - Bake the rolls for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
09 - Remove from oven and immediately brush tops with melted butter. Serve warm.
