# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice into ½-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a serving platter.
02 - Top each cucumber slice with approximately 1 tablespoon of hummus using a small spoon or piping bag.
03 - Sprinkle your choice of roasted red pepper, kalamata olives, parsley, smoked paprika, or toasted sesame seeds over each hummus-topped cucumber.
