# What You Need:
→ Dandelion Tea
01 - 2 tablespoons roasted dandelion root, loose or in tea bags
02 - 2 cups water
→ Latte Base
03 - 2 cups oat milk, barista-style preferred
04 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or preferred sweetener
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional
# Directions:
01 - Heat 2 cups water in a small saucepan to a boil. Add roasted dandelion root or tea bags, lower heat, and simmer uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer if using loose root.
02 - In a separate saucepan, gently heat 2 cups oat milk over medium-low until steaming but not boiling. Stir in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon, if desired.
03 - Using a milk frother or whisk, aerate the oat milk mixture until light and foamy.
04 - Divide brewed dandelion tea evenly between two mugs. Top each with the frothed oat milk, spooning foam to finish. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if preferred. Serve immediately.
